Photo report about master class. Crimea.

The demonstration of operating the pancake and donut machines RK-2.1 and PRF-11/900 arouses constant interest. Recent workshops in Sevastopol and Simferopol were carried out with full houses. Participants of the master class were interested in everything: the operating principle of equipment, the features of kneading dough, unusual recipes of donuts and pancakes, the cost of the final product, the opportunity to diversify the assortment.

In a word, a donut and pancake business were discussed and demonstrated  from "A" to "Z".

The plant food technologist answered all the questions raised. We hope that many of the ideas and trends discussed in the master class will be realized in the new tourist season.
