The factory "NORTHERN ENGINEERING COMPANY" (SIKOM™) was founded in 1992 by engineers of the leading defense enterprises of St. Petersburg. The knowledge and experience acquired in the traditions of the Russian engineering school made it possible to make the plant a federal producer of technological equipment for bakeries and public catering enterprises. This equipment is produced at the most modern plant in St. Petersburg with the help of the newest machines and technologies, using high-quality materials and components. High quality standards of the products are confirmed by the certificates of the Russian Federation (ROST Test St. Petersburg) and CE (SGS Fimko).

2017 – 25th anniversary of SIKOM™
SIKOM TV Studio is launched. On our updated website you will now be able to watch following daily online programs:

- Tests of pilot equipment and upgraded machines;

Manufacturing production of pancakes machines with upgraded cooking drum began
By popular demand of consumers we started manufacturing production of upgraded multifunctional smokers for delicate smoking
2016 – the plant moved to a new location
2014 – donuts and pancakes machines were successfully used on the sites of Winter Olympic and Paralympic games in Sochi
2007 – the donuts machines were granted with the first ЕС SGS Fimko certificates in Finland
2001 – the factory began manufacturing production of legendary donuts machine PRF-11/900, the same year company took out a patent on invention of the “Donut machine”
1999 – the first export delivery of donuts machines and chicken grill machines to Great Britain
1993 – SIKOM™ became the first factory in St Petersburg who received production hygiene certificate
